4.1 Order Placement

• Minimum order quantity: 100kg per product type
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Current pricing: Carry Bags ₹130/kg, Garbage Bags & Pouches ₹125/kg
• Bulk discounts available for orders above 500kg
• GST applicable as per Indian tax laws

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, cheque
• Payment terms: 50% advance, balance before dispatch (for new customers)
• Credit terms available for established customers
• All payments must be made to authorized BioBaggy accounts only

• Free delivery on orders above 500kg

7. Returns and Refunds

• Return shipping costs borne by BioBaggy for defective products

• Refunds processed within 7-14 business days of return approval
